March Madness

3 Birthday parties week after week. 3 weeks of sickness. 3 bottles of cough syrup. Oh my! What’s with number 3? I can barely remember what had transpired but I knew that March had not been really good to me. I am just happy that it’s almost over…

On a second thought, it’s not that bad. I have attended 3 birthday parties and it was fun especially now that I have more girl friends. Before kasi, when I was still in GN, I would always be seen with my boys Pen, Joel, Ken, Erick, Ian and the pa-girl, Jay. I am the only girl so I would have to catch up with their car stories, kwentong boso, bagong PS3 game at kung anu ano pang kalokohan… hehehe! But I love them. Hello! I love men! It’s always fun to be around bros! And I’m used to it coz’ everywhere I go, I would be friends with men first… I don’t know why but I would always get close to the opposite sex first before some cheered up lady comes up to me. My girl friend says that I have an intimidating look and maybe because I am not the type that starts a conversation unless you come speak to me kaya ganun. (suplada ata ito! Hahaha!)

Now, it gets more exciting coz in NAM, we are mostly girls so meron nakong mga BFF that could speak girl-stuff. Our stories would go on from relationships, to ex-es, hair styles, bikini waxing, office and celebrity crushes, picture galores and walang katapusang chismis! Saya! In fact, we have fun-filled activity plans that I’m looking forward to… Ahhhh… I miss my BOS girls… at least now; I have my NAM girls that fill up the sisterhood that I’ve been missing… Meet them…

So yeah, I’ve been busy being with them… Asaran, kainan, cam-whoring at kung anu anu pa.. So after the March madness that had happened… I’d like to give a new meaning to number 3.

1. Can’t wait to see NAM team go gun each other on a paint ball field!
2. Go go go girls on GO-KARTING and WILD WADI adventure!!
3. And oh… Do you really think I’d forget about you hub?? We’re turning TWO. ; )

Just thinking about it makes me so thrilled!! *Sana lang di ako magkasakit this month.*

How smart is your right foot?

This is hysterical. You have to try this. It is absolutely true. I guess there are some things that the brain cannot handle.

You have to try this please, it takes 2 seconds. I could not believe this!!!

It is from an orthopaedic surgeon… This will boggle your mind and will keep you trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can’t.  It’s pre-programmed in your brain!

1. Without anyone watching you (they will think you are GOOFY) and while sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number ‘6’ in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.

I told you so!!! And there’s nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you’ve not already done so. Send it to your friends to frustrate them too. Hehehe!!

This is an email forwarded by my friend, Edz. I was kind of having a gray day today and this had kept me laughing at myself like crazy! And mind you, I haven’t even raised my right hand but my right foot is already making opposite circles.. Hehehe!! 🙂

I have read so many entries regarding Eraserheads’ Final Set and I can’t help but envy the people who have attended this one unforgettable night.

I guess the fans had gone so wild as the crew had threw all sorts of stuff including Ely’s shoes! I just wonder how they manage to catch the pair with the thousands of audience scrambling for it. Haha! Kagulo ito!

And oh, I’ve heard Ely had sung with the cuss lyrics – as in a solid T*ina! at “Pare Ko” and the audience would all clap and scream at the top of their lungs… Insane!! Ang saya!! He even brought to fire his old Sticker Piano on stage as they played “Huling El Bimbo” with a blast of confetti!  Well, what can I say… it’s a real par-teey! I wish Hub and I were there and we would wear our coolest shirt (if ever I have any) partnered with the comfiest chucks we own and we would surely wag our crazy little asses off. Haha!

Well, we all know that E-heads had disbanded some years ago and have attempted a reunion concert last year which had to be re-scheduled because of an unforeseen issue about Ely’s health. Finally, on 7th of March, the one-off concert was put to reality and yes, it was more than a success! Filipinos have loved this Pinoy Rock band and will forever be loyal fans of their timeless compositions. I could clearly remember in high school how I would sing “Huwag mo ng Itanong” on my way home while imagining that my crush is walking along with me… Ewww!! Hahaha!! But it was fun and it gave me butterflies! And of course, who would not remember “Toyang”, “Pare Ko” and “With a smile”; if you’re from my batch, you have missed a lot of good rak-rakan times if you cannot sing along with this songs. But my ultimate favorite is of course “Ang Huling El Bimbo”. It is an unrequited love story that was put play as a very youthful song; you’d suddenly feel romantically in love upon hearing it… (ahhh.. anu bah! Cheesy na ito!)

Anyway, E-heads is E-heads. No further elaboration needed. TULOY ANG LIGAYA! 🙄 Congrats E-heads! Hopefully, may Final Set – Part 2 and sana I could watch you guys live! 🙂

Usually, you delete it one at a time. I don’t know what the hell do you get in doing this but I know it makes you feel better.

And then it strikes again. But this time, you’ve explicit one unexpected act.

Never have I known that you are capable of deleting them all and actually felt relieved about it.

Just one note lady, don’t go anywhere near the hard drive if you feel like it again. NEVER.

This is for you. You know who you are.

B is for BORA.

B is for BORA.

I wish I’d wake up finding myself on one of those benches. I want to be able to stare at the sky, sea, sun and sand all day.

I’d fill in that space.

I need air. I need to remember. I need to re-evaluate.
